Trophy Whitetail

 

For 20 years South Hills Ranch has been owner managed and dedicated to producing the maximum number of mature shooter whitetail bucks.

We book a limited number of hunts based on our mature buck counts and recruitment from younger age classes assessed in the winter months before antler shed. These counts have been fairly consistent the last 3 years giving us confidence our harvest is right on target.
Our policy for years has been to allow our rebook hunters first opportunity at available dates, this is one way of showing our appreciation for their support.

October Bow Hunt- 4 day semi-guided hunt includes lodging and transportation to and from our stand locations and 1 mature buck of your choice plus unlimited hogs and varmints.  Cost: $2250

New for 2011 we are offering rifle or bow hunting November and December

November-December Hunt (Bow or Rifle)- 3 day semi-guided hunt includes lodging, meals and transportation to and from our hunting blinds and 1 mature trophy buck of your choice up to 179” B&C plus unlimited hogs and varmints. Cost: $4500

Diamond Whitetail Hunt (Bow or Rifle)- 3 day fully guided hunt includes lodging, meals and guide service with 1 diamond buck 180-195” B&C plus hogs and varmints. Cost: $10,000

(Bucks larger than 195” B&C are $10,000 plus $400 per inch.)

NOT Included are state license fees,meat processing, and taxidermy.

A 30% nonrefundable deposit is required within 10 days of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the ranch. Any animal wounded (if you draw blood) is considered part of your limits for that hunt. No personal checks will be accepted for the final payment. Gratuities (tips for your guide) are not included, as they are a reflection of your satisfaction and are left up to your discretion. The hunting schedule and fees are subject to change without notice until secured by your deposit.
Keep in mind, Blackbuck and Axis taken on any whitetail hunt have an additional trophy fee of $1,950.
